Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2013 Lift Station No. 45
Replacement Project (CWF13-550-07) To A&M Construction And
Utilities, Inc. In The Amount Of $346,780.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2013 Lift
Station No. 45 Replacement Project (CWF13-550-07); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is A&M
Construction and Utilities Inc., which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount
of $346,780.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2013 Lift Station No. 45 Replacement Project (CWF13-
550-07) is awarded to A&M Construction and Utilities Inc., in an estimated total amount
of $346,780.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of December, 2013.
