Ord 053-95 5/2/1995ORDINANCE NO. �,`3 - Jh AN ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 9 (B) 0) OF APPENDIX A, WICHITA FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES (COMPREHENSIVE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2118) FOR G. L. FRIBERG SUBDIVISION, LOT I -B., FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended the waiver of Section 9 (B) 0) of Appendix A, Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance No. 2118) to allow the G.L. Friberg Subdivision, Lot 1 -B to be platted with the main driveway having access to a public street; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas deems it advisable and in the public interest to waive this ordinance for the above described property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 9 (B) 0) of Appendix A, Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance No. 2118) is hereby waived for the G. L. Friberg Subdivision, Lot 1 -B. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon the filing of a final plat of the G. L. Friberg Subdivision, Lot 1 -B, with the Wichita County Clerk, within one (1) year of the passage of this ordinance. SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
