ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22-1(a)(9) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO PERMIT SIGNS DURING AN EVENT AT JAYCEE PARK
JUNE 3, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Night of Praise Ministerial Association
has requested use of Jaycee Park June 3, 1995 for an event
of music /religious activities; and,
WHEREAS, they have requested permission to post signs
in order that their event may be more successful.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT=
Section 22- 1(a)(9), of the Code of Ordinance is hereby
waived during an event by the Night of Praise Ministerial
Association June 3, 1995 in Jaycee Park.
