ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22-1(a)(9) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO PERMIT SIGNS DURING AN
EVENT MAY 26 AND 27, 1995 IN
HAMILTON TENNIS CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Big Brothers and Sisters group has
reserved the Hamilton Tennis Center for their fund raising
event May 26 and 27, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, they request permission to post signs in order
to make their event more successful.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 22-1(a)(9), of the Code of Ordinance is hereby
waived during the Big Brothers and Sisters event May 26 and
27, 1995 in Hamilton Tennis Center.
