ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FRANCHISE TO PRESIDENTIAL LIMOUSINE
OF TEXAS, INC., TO OPERATE A TAXICAB SERVICE IN WICHITA
FALLS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has received a request
for a franchise to operate a taxicab service from Presidential
Limousine of Texas, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted to determine public
convenience and necessity of a taxicab franchise, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to issue a taxicab franchise to
Presidential Limousine of Texas, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Presidential Limousine of Texas, Inc., is hereby issued a taxicab
franchise to operate five taxicabs in the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of November, 1995.
