ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000 OF GENERAL
FUND EQUITY TO REPLACE THE ROOF OF THE KEMP
PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHEREAS, It has been determined that the roof of the Kemp
Public Library needs to be replaced, and
WHEREAS, the cost of this replacement was unanticipated in
the 1995 -96 budget, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to replace the roof in
Fiscal Year 1995 -96.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the General Fund the amount
of $50,000 for the roof replacement project at the Kemp Public
Library.
