ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SECTION 7 (B)
(3) & (4) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES WITH
RESPECT TO REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT CONSTRUCTION OF
STREET PAVING AND DRAINAGE FROM THE EAST END
OF KEITH STREET TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF
LOT 1 -C, BLOCK 13 -A, BURLINGTON CALL FIELD
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Section 7
(b) (3) & (4) which requires submission of plans and
specifications and subsequent construction of street paving and
drainage from the east end of Keith Street to the east property
line of Lot 1 -C, Block 13 -A, Burlington Call Field Industrial
District Subdivision would not be contrary to the stated
objective
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirements for submission of plans and specifications
and subsequent construction of street paving and drainage from
the east end of Keith Street to the east property line of Lot 1-
C, Block 13 -A, Burlington Call Field Industrial District
Subdivision is hereby waived in the case of this development.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1st day of October, 1996.
