ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22- 1(a)(9) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO PERMIT SIGNS FOR THE MARCH OF DIMES FOR A
WALKING EVENT IN LUCY PARK APRIL 26, 1997.
WHEREAS, the March of Dimes has requested permission to post signs
during their event April 26, 1997 in Lucy Park in order to make their event more
successful.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 22- 1(a)(9) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby waived to permit the
signs during an event by the March of Dimes in Lucy Park April 26, 1997.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of April 1997.
