ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22- 1(a)(9) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
TO PERMPT SIGNS FOR THE CH [LD ADVOCATES DURING AN EVENT IN
THE DOWNTOWN PARK APRIL 18, 1997.
WHEREAS, the Child Advocates wishes to host an event April 18, 1997 in
the downtown park and to post their banner in order to make their event more
successful.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 22- 1(a)(9) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby waived to permit the
posting of signs by the Child Advocates during their event in the downtown park
April 18,1997.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of April 1997.
