ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, the City received funds in the amount of $334,043.00
from the federal aviation administration; and
WHEREAS, City Council approval is required to increase
appropriations in the Airport fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Airport fund $334,043.00 in
funds received from the Federal Aviation Administration for the 1996-
1997 budget year.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of June, 1997.
