ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FRANCHISE FOR LIMOUSINE AND
SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Claudio Ramirez, Jr. for a
limousine and special service vehicle franchise; and
WHEREAS, the application submitted meets the City Ordinance requirements
which regulate Limousines and Special Service Vehicles; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the authorization of this franchise will
not adversely affect traffic conditions, existing transportation services or other franchise
holders;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That said limousine and special service vehicle franchise in the
name of All American Limousine and Special Service Vehicle is hereby authorized;
SECTION 2. That said limousine and special service vehicle franchise is
authorized six special service vehicle licenses.
