Ord 092-97 9/16/1997ORDINANCE NO. 9c�—qZ ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL FUND FROM GRANT REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a Grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance for $203,512.00 for the installation of a new computer network system in the police department; and WHEREAS, this Grant money has not been adopted in the Fiscal Budget of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: There is hereby appropriated in the General Fund the amount of $203,512.00 from grant revenue received from the Bureau of Justice Assistance for the purpose of installing the Wiring and Connectivity Network System at the police department.
