AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR A LIMITED RESTAURANT AT 2601 HARRISON STREET,
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has approved a Conditional Use
Permit for a Limited Restaurant to locate at 2601 Harrison Street; Wichita Falls, Texas;
and,
WHEREAS, the Conditional Use Permit was appealed and revoked by the City
Council on October 7, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls decided that such issue
should be reconsidered; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, based on
significant changes to the site plan, deems it in the public interest to grant the approval
of Conditional Use Permit C 97 -28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Conditional Use Permit C 97 -28, granted by the Planning &
Zoning Commission on September 10, 1997, is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
