ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THIRD PARTY
REVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,575 FROM THE SPECIAL
REVENUE FUND INTO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, third party revenue is currently held in a Special Revenue Fund; and,
WHEREAS, a determination has been made by the Texas Department of Health
that this revenue is no longer considered special revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Revenue and expenditures in the amount of $68,575 are hereby transferred from
the Special Revenue Fund (280 -2133) in the General Fund (100 -2050 and 100 - 2110).
