A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TRANSFERRING $21,808.99 FROM THE 1997 -98
BUDGET CONTINGENCY FUND ACCOUNT NO. 100 - 1360 -75280 TO
PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE ACCOUNTS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY
LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the amount of $21,808.99 is hereby authorized to be
transferred from the 1997 -98 budget contingency fund Account No. 100 - 1360 -75280 to
the following accounts in the Public Information Office: Account No. 100 - 1262 -60075
(Salary) $17,118.40; Account No. 100 - 1262 -60300 (FICA) $1,309.56; Account No.
100 - 1262 -60310 (Retirement) $1,681.03; and Account No. 100 - 1262 -60330 (Health
Insurance) $1,700.00, for the funding of a Customer Service Attendant I position.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
