ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $115,500 FROM GENERAL FUND
EQUITY FOR PURPOSES OF FUNDING THE CALL FIELD RELIEVER
PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING STUDY
WHEREAS, the City desires to proceed with a Texas Department of
Transportation Preliminary Engineering Study to examine the feasibility of constructing
a Call Field reliever road; and,
WHEREAS, the required City's match for this study is $115,500; and,
WHEREAS, such funds are not available in the current fiscal year budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
$115,500 is hereby appropriated from General Fund Equity to fund the required
City match for the Call Field Reliever Preliminary Engineering Study.
