ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 -45 (b) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, TO CHANGE 11TH STREET TO TWO WAY BETWEEN
OHIO STREET AND INDIANA STREET.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls City Council finds the health, safety, and welfare
of the community will be properly served by changing 11th Street to two way between
Ohio and Indiana Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Code of Ordinances, City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is hereby amended by
deleting 11th Street between Ohio and Indiana from the Listing of One Way Streets from
Section 29 -45 (b).
Sec. 29 -45 (b) One Way Streets and Alleys
(b) Upon those streets and parts of streets and in those alleys vehicular traffic
shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction of
traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection where movement in the
opposite direction is prohibited. In accordance with this section, and when
properly sign posted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the
following streets:
