Resolution Awarding The Bid For The 2011 Alley Rehabilitation
Project (CWF11-530-03) To Bowles Construction Company In The
Estimated Total Amount Of $468,586.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the 2011 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF11-530-03); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction Company, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$468, 586.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2011 Alley Rehabilitation Project (CWF 11-530-03) is
awarded to Bowles Construction Company, in an estimated total amount of
$468,586.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said
contractor for said construction, in accordance with the bid specifications.
