Resolution Approving The Rental Of The Mobile Stage At A Reduced
Rate To The Komen Wichita Falls Race For The Cure For Use During
Its Event On October 8, 2011 At The MPEC
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer
Foundation, Inc dba Komen Wichita Falls Race for the Cure, has requested a reduced
rental fee for rental of the Mobile Stage for use during its event on October 8, 2011 at
the MPEC; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a reduced fee for the rental of the Mobile
Stage for the Komen Wichita Falls Race for the Cure will further the municipal public
purpose of assisting in the provision of recreation to the citizens of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Komen Wichita Falls Race for the Cure is hereby granted a reduced Mobile
Stage Rental Fee of $�Q� for its event on October 8, 2011 at the MPEC.
