AN ORDINANCE ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A $35,000 GRANT FROM
TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE AND APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS FOR
THE REPAIR OF THE PUBLIC BOAT RAMP AT LAKE KICKAPOO.
WHEREAS, the boat ramp at Lake Kickapoo is in need of repair: and,
WHEREAS, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department provides funding for the repair of
their public boat ramps; and,
WHEREAS, the City will provide engineering and project administration for the
repair of the boat ramp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A grant in the amount of $35,000 is hereby accepted and the funds are hereby
appropriated for the repair of the boat at Lake Kickapoo.
