ORDINANCE TO RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 115 -94 AND TO
APPROVE WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT WATER
CUSTOMERS; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 115 -94, dated September 6, 1994 and pertaining to
water rates for wholesale customers is hereby rescinded effective October 1, 1998, and
the following rates are approved for the indicated category of wholesale water
customer:
