Ord 077-98 9/15/1998ORDINANCE NO. -G ORDINANCE TO RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 115 -94 AND TO APPROVE WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT WATER CUSTOMERS; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1.
