Ord 103-98 12/15/1998a ORDINANCE NO. ORDINANCE APPEALING A DECISION BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO ALLOW A CARPORT WITHIN THE 25 FOOT SETBACK AT 1622 LAS VEGAS TRAIL; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has denied the request for a Conditional Use Permit to place a carport within the front 25 foot setback at 1622 Las Vegas Trail; and, WHEREAS, upon review of the case, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas deems it in the public interest to grant the approval of a Conditional Use Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The request for Conditional Use Permit C 98 -46 is hereby granted. SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of December, 1998.
