Ord 039-99 5/4/1999ORDINANCE NO. 5q -� l ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,702 FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CITY'S BUILDING INSPECTION AND CODE ENFORCEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, proposals have been received for the replacement of the City's Building Inspection and Code Enforcement Computer Systems; and WHEREAS, the cost of the project exceeds previous budgeted amounts by $25,702; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate this additional amount from General Fund Reserves. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $25,702 from General Fund Reserves for the Building Inspection and Code Enforcement Computer Replacement Project. SECTION 2.
