Ordinance Reappointing A Substitute Judge Of The Municipal Court
For A Term Of Two Years.
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins was reappointed as a substitute judge of the
Municipal Court by Ordinance No. 63-2011, for a two-year term expiring October 18,
2013; and
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins has agreed to serve another two-year term as a
substitute Municipal Court Judge, to act in the place and stead of the Municipal Judge
during any period in which he is temporarily unable to act for any reason.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby reappoints Dan Tompkins as a substitute judge of the
Municipal Court for a term of two years, beginning October 18, 2013.
