RESOLUTION NO. 111-2013
Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of The City’s Estimated
Annual Requirement Of Water Meter Boxes And Lids To Powerseal
Pipeline Products In An Estimated Amount Of $58,257
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City’s estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on September 19, 2013;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase water meter boxes and lids for
the City’s Water Distribution Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of the City’s estimated annual requirement of water
meter boxes and lids is awarded to Powerseal Pipeline Products in the amount of
$58,257, and the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase said item.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of October, 2013.
