ORDINANCE NO. l 2\`S--C19
ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND
AND FLEET MAINTENANCE FUND AS PART OF THE 1998 -99 FISCAL
YEAR END CLOSING PROCESS; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City is currently in the process of closing its financial records for
the 1998 -99 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, as part of that process, it is necessary to make budget adjustments
to ensure that all departments and funds end the fiscal year with sufficient
appropriations at the expenditure class total accounting level.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Budget adjustments, as indicated on Exhibits A and B, which are
attached and made a part of this ordinance, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
