ORDINANCE NO. 46-2010
Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Rezoning Lots 27, 28, And 29 Of Block 4, Hillcrest Addition, A.K.A.
1414 32" Street, From Residential Mixed Use To General
Commercial
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed
zoning change at their August 11, 2010 meeting and voted unanimously to recommend
approval of this request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has determined that
the herein described rezoning is in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lots 27, 28, and 29 of Block 4, Hillcrest Addition, A.K.A. 1414 32" Street, as
shown on Attachment "A", are hereby rezoned from Residential Mixed Use to General
Commercial.
