RESOLUTION NO. 108-2013
Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute All Documents
Necessary To Accept The FY 2013 Emergency Management
Performance Grant From The Department Of Homeland Security,
Texas Division Of Emergency Management, In The Amount Of
$43,347.79
WHEREAS, the Emergency Preparedness Program has received notice of the
award of 2013 EMPG funding from the Texas Division of Emergency Management; and,
WHEREAS, the City’s Emergency Preparedness Program desires to receive
these funds to continue providing services to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept
the aforementioned Emergency Management Performance Grant from the Department
of Homeland Security, Texas Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of
$43,347.79.
