RESOLUTION NO. 104-2013
Resolution Authorizing Award Of Bid For The Purchase Of Two (2)
Solid Waste Transfer Trailers To East Manufacturing Corporation In
The Amount Of $135,300
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of two solid waste transfer trailers; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on September 6, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that East Manufacturing Corporation was the
lowest responsible bidder for the provision of two solid waste transfer trailers for the
City’s sanitation fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of two solid waste
transfer trailers to East Manufacturing Corporation in the amount of $135,300.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of October 2013.
