Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2013 South Weeks Park Pond
Parking Lot Project (CWF13- 734 -19) To Bobby Bounds Excavation,
Inc. In The Amount Of $93,482.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2013 South
Weeks Park Pond Parking Lot Project (CWF13- 734 -19); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bobby Bounds
Excavation, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $93,482.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2013 South Weeks Park Pond Parking Lot Project
(CWF13- 734 -19) is awarded to Bobby Bounds Excavation, Inc., in an estimated total
amount of $93,482.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of August 2013.
