RESOLUTION NO. 86 -2013 Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of One % -Ton Cab & Chassis And One 1 -Ton Cab & Chassis To Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury In A Total Amount Of $59,776.10 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the purchase of a 3/ -ton cab & chassis and a 1 -ton cab and chassis; and WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on August 9, 2013; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the low bidder is Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of one 3/ -ton cab & chassis and one 1 -ton cab & chassis to Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury in a total amount of $59,776.10.
