Resolution Awarding The Bid For The 2013 Budget Utility
Improvement Project (CWF13- 550 -04) To Bowles Construction Co. In
An Estimated Amount Of $763,372.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2013 Budget
Utility Improvement Project (CWF13- 550 -04); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Co., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $763,372.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2013 Budget Utility Improvement Project (CWF13 -550-
04) is awarded to Bowles Construction Co., in an estimated total amount of
$763,372.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
