Resolution Approving The 2013 Fourth Year Annual Action Plan Of
The Adopted 2010 -2014 Five Year Public Housing Agency Plan (PHA)
And The Updated 2013 Administrative Plan
WHEREAS, the Housing Division must annually submit for City Council Approval
the Division's Annual Action Plan as part of the Five Year PHA Plan, and the 2013
Administrative Plan; and
WHEREAS, as a result of this year's review of the Fourth Year Annual action
Plan and the 2013 Administrative Plan documents, City staff is recommending
modifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the required Public Hearing for this
action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Fourth Year Action Plan of the adopted Five Year Public Housing
Agency Plan and the 2013 Administrative Plan are hereby approved with the revised
changes to the Plan:
