Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute All Documents
Necessary To Add Extended Reservation Privilege For The 2011
Season For Field #4 At Lake Wichita Park To The 5-Year License
Agreement Granted In 2007 To The Young Men's Christian
Association Of Wichita Falls, Texas
WHEREAS, the City has licensed seven ball fields to the Young Men's Christian
Association of Wichita Falls, Texas (YMCA) for the YMCA to host its youth/parent
baseball league, for a 5-year term, with a term from 2008 to 2012; and
WHEREAS; the YMCA has requested extended reservation privilege for an
additional field (#4 in Lake Wichita Park) for its youth baseball league. The dates
requested for reservation are April 4, 11, 18, and 25 and May 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to add
extended reservation privilege for the 2011 season for Field #4 at Lake Wichita Park to
the 5-year License Agreement granted in 2007 to the Young Men's Christian
Association of Wichita Falls, Texas, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
