Resolution Awarding Bid For The City's Estimated Annual Supply Of
Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Fuel To BMH Oil Company
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on June 18, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds
responsible bidder for the City's estimated
diesel fuel.
that BMH Oil Company was the lowest
annual supply of unleaded gasoline and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to award the bid for the purchase of the City's estimated
annual requirement of fuel products to BMH Oil Company in the amount of
$3,318,000.00.
