Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" in concrete set at the intersection of the Northwest line of Jacksboro
Highway and the South line of 31st Street, at the Northeast corner of said Lot 13 and in a
curve to the left having a radius of 1960.00 feet, for the Northeast corner and PLACE OF
BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE with the Northwest line of Jacksboro Highway, the Southeast line of said Lot 13, the
Southeast line of said Lot 14 and along said curve an arc distance of 147.24 feet (Chord =
S 32' 20. 41" W — 147.20 feet) to a spike nail set at the intersection of the Northwest line
of Jacksboro Highway and the North line of a 15' alley and in the South line of said Lot 14,
for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 37' 01" W, with the North line of a 15' alley and the South line of said Lots
14 thru 17, a distance of 193.07 feet to an iron rod set at the intersection of the East line
of Holliday Road and the North line of a 15' alley and at the Southwest corner of said Lot
17, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01. 49' 55" W, with the East line of Holliday Road and the West line of said Lot
17, a distance of 41.66 feet to an iron rod set, for the most Westerly Northwest corner of

THENCE S 89. 36' 21" E, a distance of 150.00 feet to an "X" in concrete set in the East
line of said Lot 15 and the West line of said Lot 14, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 51' 17" W, with the East line of said Lot 15 and the West line of said Lot 14,
a distance of 83.33 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of 31st Street, at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 15 and at the Northwest corner of said Lot 14, for the most
Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 37' 31" E, with the South line of 31st Street and the North line of said Lots
14 and 13, a distance of 125.85 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.39 acre
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has authority to make such dedications.
