PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, Block 2, at the
Northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 2 of said Willow Brook Addition, Section 1, and in the South
right-of-way line of Hickory Downs, for the Northeast corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of
this tract;
