1. Call to Order.
Mr. Leo Lane called the meeting to order at 2:31 p.m. Quorum was present.

2. Consent Agenda.
a. Approval of Minutes (May 21, 2026)
Mr. Lane opened the floor for comments or corrections on the minutes from the May 21,
2026, meeting. No comments or corrections were requested. Mr. Lane asked for
comments from the board or other attendees.
Mr. Toogood made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting of May 21, 2026, as
presented. Seconded by Mr. Lewis, and with no further discussion or public comment, the
motion carried 4-0.
Mr. Lane then moved to the Financial Report.
b. Financial Report
Mr. Paul Menzies reported that the Corporation's bottom line was healthy and that sales
tax was continuing to do well. He noted that all is heading in the right direction.
Mr. Lane asked for comments from the board or other attendees.
Mr. Lewis made a motion to approve the Financial Report as presented. Seconded by Mr.
Brent Hillery, and with no further discussion or public comment, the motion carried 4-0.
3. Executive Session.
Mr. Lane adjourned the meeting into executive session at 2:32 p.m. pursuant to Texas
Government Code § 551.072 and 551.087. Mr. Lane announced the meeting back into regular
session at 3:54 p.m. The subjects posted in the Notice of Meeting were deliberated, and no votes
or further actions were taken on the items in executive session.
4. Adjourned.
Mr. Lane asked if there were any questions or comments from the public. Since there were
none, he adjourned the meeting at 3:55 p.m.
