WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or considered
or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order.
2. Invitation for Public Comment.
3. Presentations:
A. Greg Kiesewetter with Cook Castle Associates, LLC will present a proposal
for the 2026 fiduciary liability insurance coverage.
B. Henry &Peters to present the 2025 Financial Audit Report.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on June 17, 2026.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2026 fiduciary insurance
renewal quote.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2025 Financial Audit.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the refund of contributions to Adam
Baxter.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the funding for Board Members to
attend the TEXPERS and TLFFRA 2026 summer conferences.
7. Old Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on contributions/benefits for Michael Graham.
B. Discussion and possible action on the results of the Plan Analysis provided by
Foster& Foster.
C. Discussion and possible action on the review and possible changes to the
Death and Disability benefits.
D. Discussion and possible action on the Plan Administrator position.
