Call to Order II. Comments from the public to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning items not on the Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. People wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adhered to for those addressing their concerns. III. Adoption of Minutes — June 10, 2026 IV. Consent Agenda P 26-32 — Groves Addition, Lots 1-7, Block 1 V. Regular Agenda C 26-16 129 Cartwright Road — Manufactured Home Consider taking action on a request to allow for a manufactured home in a Single Family-1 (SF1) zoning district. R 26-04 2944 Seymour Highway — Request to Rezone Consideration a recommendation for a rezone +/- 8.14 acres of land located at 2944 Seymour Hwy. (23.32 acres out of Abstract 377, J V Wheeler and Business Personal Property) from General Commercial (GC) to a Manufactured Housing Residential (MHR) zoning district to allow for an RV park expansion. R 26-05 2500 Bacon Switch Road - Annexation Zoning Recommendation Consideration a recommendation for a zoning designation of General Commercial (GC) and a Land Use Plan classification of Commercial (C) related to an owner- petitioned annexation at 2500 Bacon Switch Road/0 Interstate 44 (8.32 Acres out of the Thomas Curry Survey, Abstract 345, Wichita County, Texas). Workshop — Legislative Updates A workshop to discuss Senate Bill 785 — HUD-code manufactured housing and potential zoning amendments. VI. Executive Session Executive Session in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551 .071 , consultation with attorney on matters in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act: discussions on expected ETJ plat.
