TA 26-02 Take action on a recommendation on a proposed ordinance amending
Chapter 22, Article XII, Section 22-711, 1401 .2 Applicability to allow the use of
Chapter 14 IEBC Performance Compliance Method on structures built after 1945.
TA 26-03 Take action on a recommendation on a proposed ordinance amending
Chapter 22, Article XII, Section 22-711 , 1401 .4 Investigation and Evaluation to
include other licensed professionals in the preparation and submission of a
Chapter 14 IEBC Performance Compliance Method analysis.
IV. Executive Session in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551 .071 ,
consultation with attorney on matters in which the duty of the attorney to the
governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act, for
privileged legal advice on how changes to the applicability of the Existing
Building Code to structures within the City affect the Board's duties and
procedural due process.
V. Adjourn
