Resolution authorizing award of bid to APSCO, Inc. in the amount of
$139,768.00 for the award of the City's estimated annual supply of
water meter boxes and lids
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on May 1 , 2026; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase water meter boxes and lids for
the City's Water Distribution Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to the City Manager to execute all necessary documents,
in a form as approved by the City Attorney, to award the bid for the purchase of the City's
estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids to APSCO, Inc. in the amount
of $139,768.00.
