Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of June 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or considered
or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

A. Notice of the Mayor's Designated Representative.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the 12/31/2025 Audit.
C. Discussion and possible action on the results of the Plan Analysis provided by
Foster& Foster.
D. Discussion and possible action on the review and possible changes to the
Death and Disability benefits.
E. Discussion and possible action on the Plan Administrator position.
