II. Comments from the public to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
concerning items not on the Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. People
wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to the meeting
commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adhered to for those addressing their
concerns.

C 26-10 2210 Grant Street — Office over 1 ,200sf.
Consider taking action on a request to allow for an office over 1 ,200 sf. in a Limited
Commercial (LC) zoning district.
C 26-11 3101 Armory Road — Non-conforming use
Consider taking action on a request to allow for a reinstatement of a non-
conforming use in a General Commercial (GC) zoning district.
C 26-12 1507 31st Street - Duplex
Consider taking action on a request to allow for a duplex in a Single Family -2 (SF-
2) zoning district.
C 26-13 1509 31st Street - Duplex
Consider taking action on a request to allow for a duplex in a Single Family -2 (SF-
2) zoning district.
C 26-14 1514 31st Street - Duplex
Consider taking action on a request to allow for a duplex in a Single Family -2 (SF-
2) zoning district.

Consider taking action on a request to allow for a duplex in a Single Family -2 (SF-
2) zoning district.
V. Executive Session
Executive Session in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551 .071 ,
consultation with attorney on matters in which the duty of the attorney to the
governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of
the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act:
privileged legal advice on how Texas House Bill 3699 impacts procedural due
process.
