WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of May 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or considered
or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

A. Foster& Foster to present the results of a Plan Analysis.
B. Tony Kay with Mariner to present the Quarterly Investment Review and
Investment Policy Review.

A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on the Plan Analysis provided by Foster&
Foster.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the Quarterly Investment Review.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the Investment Policy Review.
