Whereas CMH Homes Inc., is the Owner of a certain 4.86 acres tract of land conveyed by deed
recorded in Document #20258703, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said 4.86 acres tract
being out of Section 40, A.R. Collins Survey, A-414, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being
more particularly defined by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a capped iron rod found at the West corner of said CMH Homes Inc. tract, at
the South corner of a tract of land conveyed to Fourcornerstones XVIII, Ltd., a Texas Limited
Partnership by deed recorded in Volume 3104, Page 424, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, in the East line of U.S. Interstate 44, (Central Freeway), for the West corner and
PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE N 58' 10' 22" E with the Northwest line of said CMH Homes Inc. tract and Southeast line of said
Fourcornerstones XVIII, Ltd., a Texas Limited Partnership tract, a distance of 234.97 feet to capped
