WHEREAS Maximino and Leslie Lopez are the owners of a 0.30 acre tract of land by deed
recorded in Document #20259148, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said tract being
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 1, Sayles Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, according
to the plat of record in Volume 2, Page 163, Wichita County Plat Records, and more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a fence corner post found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, in the South
line of a 10' alley, at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, said Block 1, Sayles Addition, for the
Northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 21' 19" E with the North line of said Lots 9, 10 and 11, and the South line of
a 10' alley, a distance of 119.99 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Lot
11, and the South line of a 10' alley, at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, said Block 1, Sayles
Addition, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 31' 51" W with the East line of said Lot 11 and the West line of said Lot 12, a
distance of 109.98 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11 and the
Southwest corner of said Lot 12, in the North line of Bonner Street, for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 21' 54" W with the South line of said Lots 11, 10 and 9 and the North line of
Bonner Street, a distance of 119.98 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 9 and the North line of Bonner Street, at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 31' 45" E with the West line of said Lot 9 and the East line of said Lot 8, a
distance of 110.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.30 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
