THENCE S 00' 16' 07" W, with the West line of Cartwright Road and the East line of
said Lot 17, a distance of 222.18 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner

Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 46' 34" W, with the South line of said Lot 17 and the North line of

corner of said Lot 17, at the Northwest corner of said Lot 16 and in the East line of
Lot 1—A, said Block 2, Ranch Estates an addition to the City of Wichita Falls as
recorded in Volume 27, Page 568, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 19' 10" E, with the West line of said Lot 17 and the East line of said
Lot 1—A, a distance of 222.17 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of Reilly
Road, at the Northwest corner of said Lot 17 and at the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1—A, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 46' 40" E, with the South line of Reilly Road and the North line of
said Lot 17, a distance of 528.27 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
2.70 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
