WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of December 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls
Firemen's Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference
room of MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or
considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

A. Tony Kay with Mariner to present the 3rd Quarter Investment Review and a
International Large Cap Value Equity Manager Analysis.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on November 19, 2025.
5. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the members' meeting held on December
3, 2025.
6. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
7. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve 3rd Quarter Investment Review.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the International Large Cap Value Equity
Manager Analysis.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve 15 new members into the fund.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the results of the Board Trustee Election.
