Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City's estimated annual
requirement of automotive lubricating oils and grease to Bi-Lo
Wholesale, Inc. in the amount of$207,065.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City's annual requirement of automotive lubricating oils and grease; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on September 1, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase lubricating oils and grease for
the City's vehicle fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City Manager is authorized to execute all documents, as approved by the City
Attorney, necessary to award the bid for the purchase of lubricating oils and grease to Bi-
Lo Wholesale, Inc. in the amount of $207,065.50.
